Staff Smart LLC is woman and minority-owned 24-hour non-medical home care concierge service. Staff smart was specifically established to promote and enhance the quality of life for care recipients by providing quality cost effective personal care services for the medical impaired and Individuals with Developmental Disabilities community. Our care services make it possible for our clients to maintain as much independence in the home as possible. By providing the appropriate in-home and community assistance and companionship, we aim to lift the spirits of not only our clients but also their family and our caregivers.

Our skilled staff are carefully selected, and staff can perform the most difficult of tasks with integrity, loyalty, and honesty. The staff here at Staff Smart, has the best interest of our clients at heart. Because every individual's needs are different, we have a Registered Nurse assess and specifically design our services for each individual. We offer services for the elderly and Individuals with disabilities.
